LOMBARD TWINS

ABOUT THE LOMBARD TWINS

About

The Lombard Twins are world-renowned artists/performers. They started dancing at the age of 7 inspired by Michael Jackson. By 13 they made their sensational TV debut in the Argentina's most popular show, Rhythm of the Night. At the age of 20 the Lombard Twins accomplished one of their biggest dreams, meeting famed musician James Brown during a concert in Buenos Aires. He called them on the stage to dance. In awe of their talent, Mr. Brown dubbed them "The Soul Boys." They continued performing with James Brown in their 20’s, and were introduced to Mambo king Tito Puente which whom they did their first Tap Dance appearance. In print, they have been seen in Vogue and Versus/Versace ad campaigns.  Now working in New York City, they have been featured in many theatrical shows, as well as in the dance movie series “Step Up 3-D.”  Martin & Facundo Lombard recently honored Michael Jackson for his induction into the National Museum of Dance.  The Lombard Twins practice FREE EXPRESSION, a method of dance based on emotion and self expression. Free Expression transcends any rule, tradition or attitude that comes from a dance style. Their moves are inspired by Michael Jackson, James Brown and HipHop.
